i'm a brazilian studying computer science, and slavic at northwestern university. despite my silly approach to showing off my work, i'm a disciplined and passionate person, who wants to create technology that makes change - or at least that makes people say "woah that's cool".

last summer, i interned at duolingo and worked on making android duo better for intermediate language speakers. i also got to refactor daily refresh into a cleaner format, which doesn't sound fun, but i had a lot of it! i'm returning this summer as a full-time SWE there :)

currently, i'm running women in computing at northwestern, and coding on the side whenever a random idea tickles my fancy. outside of work, i'm raising my sons (a gray cat named Loki and a black kitty named Tony), cooking bad food for my girlfriend, and playing ps5 games like RDR2.
